What if I don't like the draft?
Text back your own wording instead of "yes". Whatever you send is what goes on Google. Nothing posts without you.
How long does replying to a Google review actually take?
Five minutes once you factor in stopping what you're doing, finding the review, thinking of something that doesn't sound like a robot, and posting it. At $100 an hour that's about $8 a reply. Natterback writes it in under 30 seconds. You reply "yes" and it's done.
What if I don't reply?
Nothing posts. We hold the draft for 48 hours. If there's no response, we'll send a follow-up.
Do I need a Google Business account?
Yes, you need a Google Business Profile (it's free). If you're already getting Google reviews, you already have one. During signup we walk you through connecting it to Natterback. Takes about two minutes.
Is this compliant with Australian spam laws?
Yes. During signup you tick a box consenting to SMS notifications from Natterback. That consent is logged with a timestamp. Text "STOP" at any time to opt out. We comply with Australia's Spam Act 2003.
What trades is this designed for?

How do I cancel?
Email hello@natterback.com or text STOP. We cancel at the end of your billing period. No lock-in. Your Google account connection is removed when the subscription ends.
